Nara has 4 bedrooms and 445.18–483.76 sqm of built area. Anna has 5 bedrooms and 661.24 sqm, a longer pool and a treehouse pavilion with sauna and steam functions.
Is furniture included?
The base specification includes the built-in items and appliances listed on this page; loose-furniture packages are optional: ฿3.5M for Nara and ฿4.5M for Anna.
Are freehold and leasehold available?
Yes, both are offered. The right structure and transfer costs depend on the buyer; we set them out in the written offer, and your own lawyer can review them before reservation.
When is handover expected?
